With a total length of just 3 m, the new UNO 1302 series confidently machines cut-length and coiled edging up to a thickness of 3 mm. HOLZ-HER REICH Spezialmaschinen GmbH, one of the leading manufacturers of edgebanders, is presenting its newest entry-level series, UNO 1302, to the public at the HOLZHANDWERK trade fair in Nuremberg.















The know-how of the larger series is contained within a length of just 3 m. The welded basic frame is highly stable and rigid, which is reflected in the precise guidance of the workpiece and thus a high level of machining accuracy.















Simple operation of the edgebanders by means of a control panel fitted on the side means that the machine is ready for use within a very short time. Five units, which are partly designed as sensors, ensure the clean and precise processing of cut-length and coiled edging up to an edge thickness of 3 mm and a max. panel thickness of 45 mm.







The cartridge-based glue application system permits use with different colours and different types of adhesive, such as EVA or PUR for example. Rapid changing of the glue cartridge is ensured at all times.















It is thus possible to react to the customer’s requirements in a flexible manner. A high-quality pressure unit comprising two rollers ensures clean pressing of the edge to the carrier material. Precise post-machining is achieved by means of the units installed as standard, such as the end trimming unit with its precise cutting action, which can be manually tilted for chamfer end trims. The high-performance cutter unit with its 2 x 0.6 kW cutter motors also provides a maximum machining quality. A buffer unit or a flat scraper can optionally be fitted for finishing the panel. This considerably reduces the manual post-machining time required after the panel leaves the machine, and thereby ensures that the machine is highly economical.















The new UNO 1302 has been developed by HOLZ-HER so that it is compact enough to fit into almost any space. It is the ideal machine for any workshop which has to concisely plan its workspaces but which does not wish to make any compromise with regard to high economy and quality in terms of edge machining.
